The term “Cherry Acres Animal Housing” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Unit 6, Glebe Farm Industrial Park, Duck Lane, Shadoxhurst, Ashford, Kent, TN26 1LT.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Delivery:
All housing as standard is delivered and built by our own drivers, working in this manner we can assure all of our products are built to the exact same standard as they were in the workshop.

We do not normally use outside courier firms to deliver your housing unless you have specifically requested this yourself, although we cannot guarantee against accidental damage in transit if this is how you wish your order to be delivered.  Smaller items will be sent out on pallets built for customer convenience.  If you do require an outside courier please select ‘delivery zone 5’ on the delivery choices and we will call you back to make the necessary arrangements.

We do also welcome collections from the workshop. If so, just select ‘collect from workshop’ on the delivery choices, then once your product is ready for dispatch we will call you to arrange a suitable collection time and date.

 

Lead Times:
We currently build all our products to order, no orders are fulfilled with stock that might have been sitting in a warehouse or shipping container for months on end. We believe this way we can supply our customers with a product that’s fresh from the workshop in perfect condition. We strive to fulfill all orders within four to five weeks for all natural finish products and an extra week to be taken into consideration for painted products.

 

Returns:
At Cherry Acres Animal Housing we endeavour to provide all of our customers with high quality products. If you do receive housing and it is faulty in any way we will look to fix it there and then for you if possible, if not we will either offer a full refund or replacement.

This does not include general wear and tear, accidental damage or mistreatment of the product by the customer.

All timber used for our products also comes with a 2 year guarantee against rot.

If you do have any problems or you’re not happy with our service, or just want to offer suggestions on ways we can improve please do let us know via our contact page, at the end of the day we believe having satisfied customers is the best way to operate and move our business forward.

Please be aware that bespoke products are non-refundable.

 

Tax:
All prices include UK VAT at 20%

 

Additional Notes:

  • Photographs of the products and the ground we are laying on will be taken on arrival and when we leave.
  • All products to be signed for on delivery by the customer who made the original order.
  • Access to the area and parking to be discussed prior to order.
  • Please ensure there is suitable access for your product before ordering, as we will not enter through the property.
  • For products being collected, please contact us to ensure a suitable time slot is allocated.
  • 4/5 weeks delivery dates - no movement.
  • Deposits are non refundable.
  • Payments to be completed before delivery is made.  We are not able to offer discounts on any items.  Every price is online.
  • All complaints should be made via email directly to us.
  • Appropriate photographic evidence should be attached to any complaint emails.
  • Deliveries may unfortunately sometimes be late.  This does not open a door for compensation to be made.
  • Discussions around orders are to be made with the named customer only.
  • Customers are not permitted on our site as we are not a shop.
  • All items are bespoke and made to order.
  • Every order must follow with an email if any adjustments are required to the original order, or if any requests are made to change a product from what is available online.
  • A call out charge will be made for any work undertaken after the initial installation.
  • If the item is moved from the site in which we erected it, any amendments by ourselves will not be possible.
  • When placing an order, please be aware that while we can offer advice about individual products, we cannot offer any additional suggestions to the product that is ordered.  This is down to customer preference.
  • As all our products are made to order, no refunds will be given for cancelled orders after the 14 day cooling off period.
